Our Credentials

John completed the Idaho AGC Carpenters Apprenticeship Program and placed 2nd in the State competition in 1973. His experience for the past 30 years as owner and years before as a working carpenter has proven invaluable. John was recognized by the Building Contractors Association of the Wood River Valley as the 1991 Builder of the Year for his service to the association, the building industry, and the community. John has also served as President of the Building Contractors Association of the Wood River Valley and continues to be a member. John has been a long- standing member of the Ketchum/Sun Valley Rotary Club, serving on the Board of Directors several times and receiving the Paul Harris Fellow award.

David literally "grew up" in the building industry and has helped build and/or manage projects in San Francisco, Missoula, Vail, Alaska, backcountry Idaho, and Lake Tahoe. This early experience has since produced a collection of showcased homes.
